[[Taco Bell]] opened [[Taco Bell 1454|store #1454]] at 1297 Fort Street in 1977. Store #1454 later closed in 2002, relocating across Fort Street to a new building at [[12660 Fort Street (Southgate, Michigan)|12660 Fort Street]] in [[Southgate, Michigan|Southgate]], a combination building which housed [[Taco Bell 21292|store #21292]] and a Pizza Hut Express.
