1444 Sam Nunn Boulevard is a building located in Perry, Georgia. It was first built in 1972 to house the 68,102 square-foot Kmart store #9244, which opened in 1979 before being downsized for The Sports Center, a 25,000 square-foot boat dealer, in 2003.

Kmart #9244 (1979-1992)[edit | edit source]
Kmart opened at the site in 1979 and closed in 1992, when it was replaced by store #3867 at 1355 Sam Nunn Boulevard.[1]

The former Kmart building would be downsized to house The Sports Center, which opened in 2003.[2]
