After the [[Main Street Bridge (Racine, Wisconsin)|Main Street Bridge]] was replaced in 1996, the property was no longer easily accessible from Main Street, so the address was changed and the gas station was converted into a restaurant building. Like the neighboring restaurant building at [[209 Dodge Street (Racine, Wisconsin)|209 Dodge Street]] and the nearby [[Pugh Marina (Racine, Wisconsin)|Pugh Marina]], the building is owned by the Pugh family.
