3885 Blue Diamond Road in Las Vegas, Nevada is an address that was once used for the office of State Farm Insurance agent Ulyanna Chang and is currently used by the 3,896 square-foot McDonald's restaurant #34841.

State Farm (2003-2011)[1][edit | edit source]
The office for State Farm agent Ulyanna Chang opened at the site in 2003, and closed in 2011. Chang would move her office to 4730 West Blue Diamond Road Suite 125 inside Blue Diamond Ranch Center Plaza, and the old location would be demolished shortly thereafter.[2]

Construction for McDonald's #34841 began in early 2013; the restaurant opened that summer.
Incidents[edit | edit source]
- On Sunday, March 25, 2018, a man in his 20s, later identified as Jesse Ordonez of Henderson, was shot and killed in the McDonald's parking lot following a short dispute.[4][5]
