The new restaurant was originally co-owned by Raymond J. Anderson, owner of [[McDonald's 77|Racine's first McDonald's]], and [[Alliance Amusement Company (Chicago, Illinois)|Alliance Amusement Company]], then the second-largest McDonald's franchisee at the time with eight locations.
