Toys "R" Us #7011, also known as North Austin, was a Toys "R" Us toy store located at Shops at Tech Ridge, 12901 Highway 35 North in Austin, Texas.[1] The store opened on October 10, 2003 as Geoffrey's Toys "R" Us,[2] and closed on June 29, 2018 during the chain's bankruptcy proceedings.

Capital Plaza (1984-2003) Edit

The original Toys "R" Us #7011, also known as North Austin, was a Toys "R" Us toy store located at Capital Plaza, 5451 Interregional Highway in Austin, Texas.[3] The store opened on October 22, 1984,[4] with a formal grand opening ceremony on October 27.[5] In 1997, the store would be remodeled to Concept 2000, with a grand reopening ceremony on September 6.[6] The store closed on January 26, 2003.[7]
