::#Promoting this idea to Indonesian OpenStreetMap community. I have pitched this idea several weeks ago. I think the response is quite positive. But the problem back then is, we dont have the actual platform to do it. Bluepages, i think, is the exact platform that we need.

::: A problem I see with writing in a native/primary languague of a country in the main namespace is countries where there are mutliple languagues used by a large amount of people. In Kazakhstan, Russian is often used alongside Kazakh, plus there are plenty of other languagues used aswell. In a country with 100+ ethnicities people might want to read articles about their city in their preferred languague :P. Interestingly, [https://wiki.osm.org/wiki/WikiProject_Kazakhstan#.D0.A2.D0.B5.D0.B3_name_.D0.B2_.D0.9A.D0.B0.D0.B7.D0.B0.D1.85.D1.81.D1.82.D0.B0.D0.BD.D0.B5_.2F_Usage_of_name_tag this actually became a problem in OpenStreetMap] where Russian was used to name cities and regions instead of Kazakh, despite the latter being way more fitting. - [[User:Monirec|Monirec]] ([[User talk:Monirec|talk]]) 10:04, 22 June 2021 (UTC)
