West Road is a major east-west commercial road, partially in the city of Trenton, Michigan. It is equivalent to 2800 in Trenton's addressing system, that is, buildings along cross streets immediately south of West have street addresses beginning with 2800, while buildings immediately north of it have addresses beginning with 2700.

On August 10, 1939, the West Road Viaduct opened to traffic. Around this time, Pine Street east of the Detroit & Toledo Shore Line Railroad tracks was renamed as an eastward extension of West Road.
