Some structure was at the address as far back as 1966, when bee-keeping supplies were listed for sale at the address.[1] The first recorded business at the site was an Amoco, listed at the address as early as 1988.[2] Amoco lasted at this address until at least 1997.[3]
A new building was built at the address in 2006, for Amscot.[4]. Amscot was open as late as November 2016, but vacant by June 2018.[5][6] FLUENT Cannabis Care opened their 20th Florida dispensary in the building in April 2020.[7]
