Albertsons #4007 was an Albertsons supermarket located at 4818 South Padre Island Drive in Corpus Christi, Texas.[1] The store opened on September 26, 1973 as Skaggs Albertsons,[2] and would be renamed to "Albertsons" in 1977, due to conflicts with Albertsons and Skaggs Drug Centers that resulted in the split of the Skaggs Albertsons partnership.[3] In 1986, the store would be remodeled, with a grand reopening ceremony on April 1.[4] The store closed on or around November 1, 2001.[5]
