The «Casa de Italia» is a building located on Alvarez Street, in the city of Viña del Mar, Chile. It was built at the end of 1916 as a residence of the Werner family, and in 1966 it was acquired by the Italian colony to serve as a meeting point for the Italian community [1][2]

Erected as historical monument on December 20216[3] [4]
