'''Kmart #4139''' was a [[Kmart]] [[discount department store]] located at [[9334 East R L Thornton Freeway (Dallas, Texas)|9334 East R L Thornton Freeway]] in [[Dallas, Texas|Dallas]], [[Texas]]. The store opened on September 22, 1966 as one of the first two Kmart's in the city of Dallas along with [[Kmart 4161]]. The, storeand would later be expanded from a pre-1972 full-size model, filling the space formerly occupied by Kmart Foods. It was converted to Big Kmart by the end of 1998, along with 18 other Dallas-Fort Worth area stores.
