Sears #2107 was a Sears department store located at 350 Magnolia Street in Beaumont, Texas.[1] The store opened on March 17, 1949, replacing a location at 500 Orleans Street.[2] It was the first building in the area with a waterproof basement, and the first in Beaumont to have an escalator. In 1971, the store would be remodeled and expanded, with a grand reopening on November 17.[3] The store closed on June 28, 1986, when it was replaced by Sears 1407.[4]
