Target T-1811, also known as Texarkana, is a Target discount department store located at Richmond Ranch Shopping Center, 102 Richmond Ranch Road in Texarkana, Texas.[1] The store opened on July 22, 2003 replacing Target T-241, with a formal grand opening ceremony on July 27.[2] In September 2022, the store would be remodeled to P17.[3]
