I've noticed that some places listed at the location of shopping malls/plazas seem to have links to the respective mall, but most if not all malls are currently not created. With that, I presume there'd be interest in creating pages on malls as well, wouldn't there? Do you have a preference for how to label them? I do already know there will be some examples like Frontier Mall where there'll have to be something to distinguish between say Frontier Mall in Cheyenne and Frontier Mall/Frontier Centre (branded as both depending on what you look at) in Saskatchewan... maybe naming the pages with a similar format as with the Sears example previously mentioned would be appropriate?
