Venture #124, also known as Fort Smith, was a Venture discount department store located at 136 Phoenix Village Mall in Fort Smith, Arkansas.[1] The store opened on March 26, 1984, with a formal grand opening ceremony on April 1.[2] The store ultimately closed on July 15, 1998.[3]
