Walmart Discount Store #529 was a Walmart discount department store located at 9300 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway in Texas City, Texas. The store opened October 1991, replacing a previous location, and closed April 16, 2003, when it was replaced by Walmart Supercenter #529.[1][2]
