10272 Front Beach Road is a restaurant building located on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, Florida. Originally built in 1987 for Kentucky Fried Chicken, the 3,176 square-foot building currently houses Hungry Howie's Pizza restaurant #272.
The building has been owned by Tabs Property LLC since 2019. [1]

KFC (1987-2018)[edit | edit source]
10272 Front Beach Road was originally built in 1987 for a KFC restaurant; in 2010, the restaurant would be remodeled. [2][3]By November 2018, KFC had closed its doors, but its front signage oddly remained until the following year. [4][5]
Hungry Howie's Pizza #272[6] (early 2020-)[edit | edit source]
By early 2020, Hungry Howie's restaurant #272 had opened in the old KFC building (also moving from its old address of 10430 Front Beach Road in the process).
