On June 16, 1986 at 6:15 AM there was a case of burglary.^[4]
On November 26, 1986 between 2:00 and 6:30 AM an undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.^[5]
On January 16, 1987 at 6:19 PM there was a case of battery near the property.^[6]
On December 18, 1988 at 2:02 PM an unknown individual shot BB pellets through the front window.^[7]
