4412 Chantilly Place is a restaurant building located in the outlot of Chantilly Shopping Center in Chantilly, Virginia. Originally built in 2000 for a Chick-fil-A restaurant, the 3,989 square-foot building currently houses Starbucks Coffee #52520.

The building has been owned by Golden Brook, LLC since 2014.[1]

Chick-fil-A (2000-2017)[edit | edit source]

4412 Chantilly Place was originally built for a Chick-fil-A restaurant in the year 2000; the owner of the restaurant was Peter Kim. CFA at 4412 Chantilly Place would close its doors in 2017, and would relocate down the street to 4201 Chantilly Shopping Center shortly thereafter.

Starbucks Coffee #52520 (2018-)[edit | edit source]

After Chick-fil-A's relocation, its old building would be converted into a Starbucks; the coffee shop would open on September 27, 2018.[2]
