5388 Oporto Madrid Boulevard South was a restaurant building located on Oporto Madrid Boulevard South in Birmingham, Alabama near Crestwood Boulevard. Built in 1985, the 4,432 square-foot building originally housed Pizza Hut #9835 before its 2017 closure, with the pizza place moving to the Shops of Montevallo shortly after. In late 2019, the building was demolished.
