A Chi-Chi's Mexican restaurant was located at 6353 Richmond Avenue in Houston, Texas.[1] The restaurant opened on August 13, 1979 as the first Chi-Chi's in Texas,[2] with a formal grand opening ceremony on August 20.[3] The restaurant closed in 1986.[4]
