IHOP #3591, also known as IHOP E. Jefferson Ave, is an IHOP restaurant located at Millender Center, 333 East Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan.[1] The first IHOP location to be combined with an Applebee's restaurant, the location opened on June 26, 2018, following an initial breakfast-only opening in May 2018. The restaurant was developed by local franchisee Team Schostak Family Restaurants.[2]
