Jose's Blue Sombrero

Jose's Blue Sombrero is a chain of authentic-style Mexican restaurants in southeastern Wisconsin, a subsidiary of DeRosa Corporation. The first Jose's restaurant opened in 2001 in Racine, Wisconsin. As of 2022, there are three locations in the chain, two of which have been converted from former Chancery restaurants, another chain owned by DeRosa.[1]
