The Chancery is a former chain of pub-style restaurants in southeastern Wisconsin, a subsidiary of DeRosa Corporation. While several locations existed across the region in the past, as of 2022 there is only one Chancery restaurant still operating in Mequon.[1]

The first Chancery restaurant, themed after an "old English pub", was opened in October 1972 in Racine, Wisconsin, the sole operation of D & A Equipment Company of Winnetka, Illinois.[2][3]
