Kmart #3830 was a Kmart discount department store located at Westheimer Plaza, 14411 Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas.[1] The store opened on November 14, 1997 as one of the first 24 Big Kmarts in Texas replacing Kmart 4884,[2] with a formal grand opening ceremony on November 16.[3] The store closed on April 13, 2003.[4]
