Kmart #7296 was a Kmart discount department store located at Northshore Plaza, 1400 Wildcat Drive in Portland, Texas.[1] The store opened on November 13, 1980.[2] In 1991, the store would be expanded and remodeled from a Group 7 mini Kmart.[3] In 1999, the store would be converted to Big Kmart.[4] The store closed on April 8, 2018,[5] and was torn down for AutoZone 4200.
