The following is a list of County Trunk Highways in Racine County, Wisconsin. Racine County's highways, with a total length of 141.6 miles (227.9 km), are managed by the Racine County Public Works Department.

  • County Trunk Highway A, also known as Plank Road, runs for 14.2 miles (22.9 km), starting from County Trunk Highway W in Browns Lake in the west, to County Trunk Highway C in Yorkville in the east. It runs concurrently with County Trunk Highway N for 14 mile (0.40 km) in Dover.
  • County Trunk Highway B, also known as Sheard Road, runs for 1 mile (1.6 km), from Wisconsin Highway 11 in Rosewood in the north, to the Kenosha County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway B in the south.
  • County Trunk Highway C, also known as Spring Street, runs for 14.4 miles (23.2 km), from Wisconsin Highway 11 in Kansasville in the west, to County Trunk Highway C in Yorkville in the east.
  • County Trunk Highway D, also known as Washington Avenue and Main Street, runs for 5.6 miles (9.0 km), from Wisconsin Highway 20 in Rochester in the east, to the Walworth County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway D in the west.
  • County Trunk Highway DD, also known as Honey Creek Road, runs for 0.6 miles (0.97 km), from Wisconsin Highway 20 in Honey Creek in the northeast, to the Walworth County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway DD in the southwest.
  • County Trunk Highway EL, also known as Durand Avenue, runs for 2.4 miles (3.9 km), from County Trunk Highway W in Burlington in the west, to Wisconsin Highways 11, 36, and 83 in Burlington in the east.
  • County Trunk Highway FF, also known as West Street and Academy Road, runs for 4.6 miles (7.4 km), from County Trunk Highway W in Rochester in the east, to the Walworth County line where it meets County Trunk Highway DD in the west.
  • County Trunk Highway G, also known as Main Street, Six Mile Road, 5 1/2 Mile Road, 43rd Street, Raynor Avenue, Seven Mile Road, and Loomis Road, runs for 1.5 miles (2.4 km) from Racine city limits in the south to Four Mile Road in the north, and for 17.3 miles (27.8 km) from Wisconsin Highway 32 in the southeast, to the Milwaukee County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway G in the northwest.
  • County Trunk Highway H, also known as Renaissance Boulevard and 105th Street, runs for 3.6 miles (5.8 km), from Wisconsin Highway 20 in Sturtevant in the north, to the Kenosha County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway H in the south.
  • County Trunk Highway J, also known as Rochester Street and English Settlement Avenue, runs for 5.7 miles (9.2 km), from County Trunk Highway D in Rochester in the north, to the Kenosha County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway J in the south.
  • County Trunk Highway K, also known as Northwestern Avenue, North Cape Street, and Apple Road, runs for 18.2 miles (29.3 km), from Wisconsin Highway 38 in Caledonia in the east, to Wisconsin Highways 36 and 164 in Waterford in the west. It runs concurrently with County Trunk Highway U for 0.2 miles (0.32 km) in Raymond.
  • County Trunk Highway KR, also known as 1st Street and County Line Road, runs for 13.8 miles (22.2 km) along the Racine–Kenosha county line, from Wisconsin Highway 32 in Mount Pleasant and Somers in the east, to 224th Avenue, Schoen Road, and Schroeder Road in Kansasville and Paris in the west.
  • County Trunk Highway L, also known as Janesville Road, runs for 2.7 miles (4.3 km), from the Waukesha County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway L in the northeast, to the Walworth County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway L in the southwest.
  • County Trunk Highway MM, also known as North Green Bay Road, runs for 0.9 miles (1.4 km), from Wisconsin Highway 38 in Racine in the northeast, Wisconsin Highway 31 in Racine in the southwest.
  • County Trunk Highway N, also known as Sunnyside Drive and Downey Drive, runs for 4.1 miles (6.6 km), from Wisconsin Highway 20 in Norway in the north, to Wisconsin Highway 11 in Eagle Lake in the south. It runs concurrently with County Trunk Highway A for 14 mile (0.40 km) in Dover.
  • County Trunk Highway O, also known as Caldwell Road, runs for 1.7 miles (2.7 km), from County Trunk Highway L in Caldwell in the north, to Wisconsin Highway 83 in Caldwell in the south.
  • County Trunk Highway P, also known as McHenry Street, runs for 3.8 miles (6.1 km), from Wisconsin Highways 11 and 36 in Burlington in the north, to the Kenosha County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway P in the south.
  • County Trunk Highway R, also known as Bushnell Road is a newly instated County Trunk Highway that runs for 0.7 miles (1.1 km), from the terminus of Wisconsin Trunk Highway 142 to the newly built roundabout at McCanna Parkway in Burlington.
  • County Trunk Highway S, also known as Beaumont Avenue, runs for 2 miles (3.2 km), from County Trunk Highway K in North Cape in the north, to Wisconsin Highways 20 and 75 in Beaumont in the south.
  • County Trunk Highway U, also known as 76th Street and Raymond Avenue, runs for 7.7 miles (12.4 km), from Wisconsin Highway 20 in Yorkville in the south, to the Milwaukee County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway U in the north. It runs concurrently with County Trunk Highway K for 0.2 miles (0.32 km) in Raymond.
  • County Trunk Highway V runs for 8.4 miles (13.5 km), from Wisconsin Highway 20 in Sturtevant in the south, to the Milwaukee County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway V in the north.
  • County Trunk Highway W, also known as Jefferson Street, Front Street, and Browns Lake Drive, runs for 6.7 miles (10.8 km), from Wisconsin Highways 20 and 83 in Waterford in the north, to County Trunk Highway EL, Durand Avenue, and Chapel Terrace in Burlington in the south.
  • County Trunk Highway Y, also known as Racine Avenue, Oak Ridge Drive, and Loomis Road, runs for 1.1 miles (1.8 km), from Wisconsin Highway 36 in Wind Lake in the south, to the Milwaukee County line where it continues as County Trunk Highway Y in the north.
