A Marshall Field's department store was located at Dallas Galleria, 13550 Dallas Parkway in Dallas, Texas.[1] The store opened on October 25, 1982,[2] and was originally intended to close in 1996 with the other Texas locations and become Saks Fifth Avenue 49, but the owners of the Galleria blocked the store from being sold to Saks until Saks vacated its existing store in the Galleria.[3] The store closed on or around July 31, 1998, making it the last Marshall Field's to close in Texas.[4]
