Mervyn's #138, also known as North Richland Hills, was a Mervyn's department store located at North Hills Mall, 7550 Grapevine Highway in North Richland Hills, Texas.[1] The store opened on or around July 15, 1985, with a formal grand opening ceremony on July 19,[2] In 1992, the store would be remodeled.[3] The store closed around February 2005,[4] and was torn down with the mall in 2007.
