Sears #1124 was a Sears department store located at 1400 East North Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. The store opened September 21, 1938 and closed September 1981. Previously site of Samuel Ready School; featured supposed largest display window in the world, which was smashed during 1968 riots; building now home to Baltimore City Eastside District Court with minimal exterior alterations[1]
