Should "replaced" and "replaced by" fields be used for previous or next tenants? TheOptopolis uses replaced fields mostly for next tenants but rarely previous.
* "replaced" and "replaced_by" are intended for locations that have moved. If a store moved to another location and something else opened in its former place, you would put the store's new location under "replaced_by" and the thing that opened in the old location as "next".
