I'm really interested with this idea (Bluepages). Back then, i had discussion on my local OpenStreetMap community, to build a wiki, to store details and history about a certain places. Their responses are generally positive. Some of us even start doing this alone, by using wordpress platform, to write about detailed history of each skyscrapers in Indonesia (you can see it here : https://www.setiapgedung.web.id/).
