Target T-170, also known as Rochester, was a Target discount department store located at 3900 North Highway 52 in Rochester, Minnesota. The store opened October 17, 1982 and closed July 26, 2001. Replaced by Target T-1351. Now subdivided into Hobby Lobby (using the former Target entrance) and Ashley Homestore.[1]
