Target T-176, also known as Bitters, is a Target discount department store located at 13700 San Pedro Avenue in San Antonio, Texas.[1] The store opened on February 23, 1983,[2] with a formal grand opening ceremony on February 28.[3] By 1995, the store would be expanded. In 2004, the store would be remodeled to P04.[4]
