Target T-2139, also known as Westheimer, is a Target discount department store located at Westheimer Towne Center, 8605 Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas.[1] The store opened on July 19, 2006,[2] with a formal grand opening ceremony on July 23.[3] In 2011, the store would be remodeled to P09.[4]
