Target T-2868, also known as Richmond Grand Pkwy Southwest, is a Target discount department store located at Aliana Shopping Center, 10241 West Grand Parkway South in Richmond, Texas.[1] The store opened on November 8, 2017 as the first store in the country to debut the P17 décor, with a formal grand opening ceremony on November 12.[2]
