Target T-802, also known as Harlingen, is a Target discount department store located at Shops at Valle Vista, 1002 Dixieland Road in Harlingen, Texas.[1] The store opened on July 22, 1992, with a formal grand opening ceremony on July 26,[2] was expanded and remodeled to P04 on July 18, 2006,[3] and remodeled to P17 in September 2019.[4]
