Toys "R" Us #7014, also known as Corpus Christi, was a Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us toy and clothing store located at Promenade Center, 1220 Airline Road in Corpus Christi, Texas.[1] The store opened on September 8, 1986,[2] with a formal grand opening ceremony on September 20.[3] The store would be remodeled to C-3 on September 5, 1999,[4] and a Side-by-side store in 2008, the latter adding a Babies "R" Us location.[5] The Babies "R" Us opened in September 2008, after the store was temporarily closed due to Hurricane Ike 
. A grand reopening ceremony was held for both portions of the store on October 24, 2008.[6] The store closed on June 29, 2018, during the chain's bankruptcy proceedings.[7]
