Venture #38, also known as Kostner, was a Venture discount department store located at 1740 North Kostner Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.[1] The store opened on August 10, 1978,[2] with a formal grand opening ceremony on October 29.[3] The store closed on July 15, 1998.[4]
