Venture #47, also known as 115th & Halsted, was a Venture discount department store located at 11440 South Halsted Street in Chicago, Illinois.^[1] The store opened on August 10, 1978,^[2] with a formal grand opening ceremony on October 29.^[3] The store closed around March 1982.^[4]
