Walmart Discount Store #822 was a Walmart discount department store located at Grand Plaza, 3510 Interstate 40 East in Amarillo, Texas.[1] The store opened on January 21, 1986, and closed on or around March 31, 1994, when it was replaced by Walmart Supercenter 822.[2]
