Chi-Chi's #352 was a Chi-Chi's Mexican restaurant located at 14980 Dix-Toledo Highway in Southgate, Michigan. The restaurant closed in September 2004 after Chi-Chi's became bankrupt and was bought by Outback Steakhouse.[1]
