Chi-Chi's #423 was a Chi-Chi's Mexican restaurant located at 4495 24th Avenue in Port Huron, Michigan. The restaurant closed in September 2004 after Chi-Chi's became bankrupt and was bought by Outback Steakhouse.[1]
