Chi-Chi's #452 was a Chi-Chi's Mexican restaurant located at 9396 US Highway 16 in Onalaska, Wisconsin. The restaurant closed in September 2004 after Chi-Chi's became bankrupt and was bought by Outback Steakhouse.[1]
