Chi-Chi's #96 was a Chi-Chi's Mexican restaurant located at 5924 West Saginaw Highway in West Lansing, Michigan. The restaurant closed in September 2004 after Chi-Chi's became bankrupt and was bought by Outback Steakhouse.[1]
