Circuit City #3177, also known as Circuit City Racine, was a Circuit City electronics store located at Southland Center, 2710 South Green Bay Road, space C, in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The location officially opened on November 17, 2000 (after a soft opening the previous day)[1] and closed on March 8, 2009,[2] as part of the chain's bankruptcy.[3] The 35,000-square-foot (3,300 m2) store was located next door to Best Buy store #29, the chain's largest competitor in the electronics retailing market,[4] which moved into the vacant Circuit City space in 2009.[5]
