Dillard's #999 (West) is a Dillard's department store located at Frontier Mall, 1400 Dell Range Boulevard in Cheyenne, Wyoming.[1] This store was a former Joslins Deparment store built in the early 1980s. In the late 1990s, the store was converted to a Dillard's.
In 2020, the store was converted to a clearance center. Late in 2020, the store was closed and the departments were moved to Dillard's (East). This store was replaced by an Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom store.
