HomeGoods #239 is a HomeGoods off-price home furnishings store located at Northridge Plaza, 435 William Hilton Parkway in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.[1] The store opened in October 2002.

In February of 2002, the Northridge Plaza was announced to be receiving new tenants. One of the tenants was HomeGoods, which would occupy a 35,922 square foot space used by a former Winn-Dixie that anchored the plaza.[2] The former Winn-Dixie opened in 1984 and closed about a year-and-a-half before HomeGoods' opening.[3] The store opened on Sunday, October 20, 2002.[3]
