Kmart #3199 was a Kmart discount department store located at 2018 East 42nd Street in Odessa, Texas.[1] The store opened on October 10, 1974.[2] In 1999, the store would be converted to Big Kmart, with a grand reopening ceremony on June 12.[3] The store closed on April 13, 2003.[4]
